RETURN POLICY

It is our commitment to make sure you are happy with our services and products! We believe that there is always a solution and we are ready to help find it for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us first with your questions or concerns.

All services are non refundable. If you would like to return your product for a refund, you may ship your package by mail back to Live Studio Entertainment, and we will refund you the purchase cost (excluding the return shipping costs).

We reserve the right to refuse refund or issue only a partial refund if the products are not returned or have been partially used/damaged upon arrival. Refunds will only be considered within two weeks of when tracking information indicates the package arrived at the indicated address. After that, you will need to contact customer service regarding your request and we will consider it on a case by case basis, but no refunds will be possible after 30 days.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to not be the package you ordered, please contact customer service immediately and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue!
